2-year workmanship guarantee.
We repair any leak caused by how we installed your roof, at no cost to you, for two full years from installation.

What's covered.
- Leaks caused by KY-KO installation workmanship
- Defective roofing materials, per the manufacturer's warranty
- Roof accessories installed by KY-KO Roofing Systems
- Annual inspections throughout the guarantee period (on request)
- All claim paperwork, photos and measurements with the manufacturer
What's not covered.
- Wind storms, hurricanes, tornados, gales, lightning or hail
- Structural movement, settlement, cracking or foundation deterioration
- Skylights, chimneys, parapet walls and equipment supports not installed by KY-KO
- Damage from negligence or abuse — including third-party rooftop service techs
- Incidental or consequential damages to building contents
If you ever report a leak that turns out not to be the roof, we'll still inspect it and recommend the right fix — even if it's outside our scope.
Fully transferable.
Selling your home? The Owner's Pride Guarantee transfers to the new owner with the property — a real selling point at closing time, and one less thing for buyers to worry about during inspection.
Extendable past the original term.
When your original guarantee period ends, the Owner's Pride Extension Program keeps coverage going for an additional fee. A KY-KO technician inspects the roof first to make sure it qualifies.
